THE RULES OF WRITING SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES PROVIDED BY AUTHORS FOR PUBLICATION HAVE BEEN CHANGED
The editors consider the articles that have never been published before and not provided
for publication in other editorial offis.
Copyright materials are accepted on the following conditions: single publication in one
journal; alterations or other processing, as well as selection and arrangement of copyright
materials in the journal; free assignment of copyright to this material in order of non-exclusive license, which is placed in electronic libraries at the discretion of the publisher.
All articles submitted to the editorial offi undergo a multi-stage review. Comments of
reviewers are sent to the author without specifying the names of reviewers. After receiving
the reviews and responses from the author, the editorial board decides to publish (or
reject) the article. The editors reserve the right to reject the article without stating reasons.
The publication sequence is set in accordance with the editorial plan of the journal. Small
corrections of stylistic, nomenclature and formal nature are introduced into the article
without the consent of the author. If the article was processed by the author during
preparation for publication, the date of receipt is the day the fial text is received.
The article should be submitted to the editorial offi in electronic version with the
signatures of the authors. The article should be accompanied by a letter of application in
any form.
Authors should submit information on the conflct of interest.
Authors should provide information about participation in the work on the article.
Medicines or medical devices mentioned in the article should have a valid registration
in the country of the study, the methods of their use should comply with the approved
instructions or have permission to conduct a clinical trial. Only international names of
medicines should be used in the article (except for articles published with the mark “As an
advertisement”).
The article should contain: UDC code; title; surname, name, patronymic (in full) of each
author, indicating the place of work; contact information for publication in free access for
readers to communicate with the author (address, telephone, e-mail), structured resume
(abstract) from 1800 to 2500 characters for original research), including keywords, in Russian.
For review articles and case reports, there are no requirements to the structure of abstract.
Its volume should be at least 1000 characters with spaces.
Title of the article, abstract, keywords, surname, name, patronymic of the author, place
of work should be translated into English.
The names of tables, fiures and diagrams, their signatures should also be duplicated
in English.
The volume of original research, including tables, list of literature, and abstract should
not exceed 30 thousand characters with spaces, review – 45 thousand characters with
spaces. The electronic version of the article should be created using the Microsoft Word text
editor of any version.
Orientation – book.
Type – Times New Roman.
Size – 12 points.
Line spacing – one and a half.
Hyphenation – no hyphenation.
Formatting – “in width” parameter.
Font color – black.
Indentation (red line) – 1.5 cm.
When typing the main text, it is not allowed to make two or more characters “space” in a
row, paragraph and other indents using the “Tab” key, the indent (space) between the word
and the symbols “dot”, “comma”, “quotation mark”, “bracket”.
Headings and subheadings are typed in bold with left alignment, no dot at the end of
the title. Other formatting (emphasis in italics, underlining) in the text of the article is not allowed. One paragraph indent is left before the headings.
Numbered and bulleted lists are generated only automatically.
The names of the schemes and fiures are placed under them, aligned on the left, in two
lines, the number and the name of the fiure or scheme itself.
Tables should have a name, be compact, descriptive, headings of columns should
exactly correspond to their content, have links in the text. All numbers in the tables should
correspond to the numbers in the text.
The table should be created in any version of Microsoft Word. The name of the table
is placed above the table on the left, without indentation: its number and the name itself.
There are no dots at the end of the headings and subheadings of the tables. After the table,
the text is placed with one indent.
Mathematical and chemical formulas should be written very clearly, indicating the
letters of the alphabet in the margins (lowercase, uppercase, Greek, Latin), degree indicators,
superscript and subscript indices.
The abbreviations given in the article should be deciphered at the fist mention.
The bibliography should be given at the end of the article. Only the reference number
in square brackets in numbers should be indicated in the text itself. Links are numbered in
citation order. The author is responsible for accuracy of the bibliography. The bibliography is
limited to 30 sources for original research and 50 – for review.
Due to the entry into international scientometric databases, bibliographic lists of the
provided articles should be given with the translation of the source names into English.

In condition of compliance with all the above requirements, the article should be sent
to the email address of the editor of your journal, which is indicated on the page of each
publication.
Submission of the article for publication in the journals of the UE “Professional
publications” implies the consent of the author (s) with the published rules.
